Optimal Rebirth Timing
Rebirth when: (1) all requirements met with surplus cash, (2) you have Coils to recover quickly, (3) you are not mid-index on required units, (4) multiplier gain is meaningful vs hours lost resetting.
Do not rebirth when: still learning raids, missing speed Coils, or one requirement away causing hours of inefficient grind.
First Rebirth Timing

Speed Recovery After Rebirth
Immediately: place any carried units, buy cheapest income fillers, rerun starter head, reinvest in Coil if lost (unlikely), push toward pre-rebirth head tier as fast as multiplier allows.
